Learn how to join a community and get started with the HeiaHeia Pro version.
Your employer or organisation has purchased HeiaHeia for workplaces and invited you to join the HeiaHeia community. Take advantage of this opportunity! Joining and opening an account is easy and free for you and you'll get a useful, fun and - if you wish - a social tool to improve your wellbeing! You can participate in your community's wellbeing challenges, take advantage of HeiaHeia's programmes in different wellbeing areas, cheer your friends and track your own progress in improving your wellbeing.
There are several different ways to join:
You don't have a HeiaHeia user account yet
1. Joining via phone / HeiaHeia app
2. Joining via HeiaHeia.com on computer
You already have an user account

1. New user, joining by phone / HeiaHeia app
A. You are invited by E-MAIL:
- Open the invitation -> Join now
- Continue by downloading the app from Apple Store or Google Play and creating an account.
- Find more information about creating an account here.
- If your employer/organisation has created a team race challenge, you will automatically join your team when accepting the email invitation.

B. You receive a sign up code from your employer or organisation.
- Install the app for iOS in Apple App Store or for Android in Google Play Store. Open the app -> tap on Sign up -> enter the sign up code -> Continue

- If you are asked to join a team, please ask your employer or organisation in which team you should join.

2. Joining in the browser version HeiaHeia.com
A. You are invited by E-MAIL:
- Open the invitation -> join.
- Next, open a user account. For more information on opening a user account in the browser, click here. Other articles about basic HeiaHeia features can also be found under HeiaHeia General Information and HeiaHeia Pro.
If you are asked to select your team when you open an account, please ask your organisation which team you are joining.
B. You received a login code from your employer or organisation.
- Open heiaheia.com and click on Sign up. Enter your name, email address and login code. You will receive a confirmation to your email. Go to your mail box and confirm your email address.
