You can change your password in the browser version of HeiaHeia. The password is also changed in the app.
Change your password like this:
1. log in to your account here and click on your profile (your name in the top right corner) -> Settings -> scroll down to Password.
2. enter your current password, your new password and confirm your new password.
3. Save changes.
Your password must be at least 12 characters long.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here. Enter the email address you used to open your HeiaHeia account and follow the instructions. In case your email address is not in use anymore, please submit us a ticket to change the your email.
