My feed and statistics (mobile)

Learn the functionalities of your feed and statistics.

1. Feed

In your feed you will see all your entries and the public entries of your friends. Remember to cheer and comment on your friends activities!

Enliven your entries by adding photos and notes.

Your private entries are marked with a lock symbol.

Under Agenda for the week/day you will see your planned activity. You can also create a training plan by entering trainings for the coming weeks. 

 

iOS phones: 

Edit an entry: Tap on the entry ->  edit. Make your changes and tap on done.

Delete an entry: First tap on your entry you want to delete. Then tap the three dots in the blue top view -> delete.

Share an entry: Tap on the Share symbol in your entry you want to share for example in social media or as a message or email.  You can’t share private entries.

Weekly summary: you will once a week receive a weekly statistics summary from HeiaHeia. It will show in your feed.

Notifications: Tap on the clock symbol in the left upper corner of the top view to see all your notifications. 

 

Android phones:

Edit an entry: Tap on the entry ->  edit by tapping the pen symbol in the blue banner. Make your changes, go back and tap on save.

Delete an entry: First tap on your entry you want to delete. Then tap on the trash bin symbol -> delete.

Share an entry: Tap the share symbol on your entry you want to share for example in social media or as a message or email.  You can’t share private entries.

2. Statistics

Step back and take a look at the bigger picture to see how you’re coming on. With HeiaHeia stats you can track progress and get a summary of your activities.

 

Tap on the statistics symbol in the right upper corner and take a closer look at your statistics on your steps, sleep or your resting heart rate.

You have the possibility to view a one week or one month timeline. The whole year statistics gives you a great opportunity to overview your long-term progress.  Choose the timeline by tapping on Change

 

To see more statistics or to filter for example by your tags, you need to use the web version of HeiaHeia. Go to heiaheia.com and log in. Read more here.

 

To have a quick view of statistics, swipe the top view in home menu: This week, steps, sleep and weight.

- This week. You can see your activity statistics of the week and whether you have reached your goal. Set yourself a weekly target (goal) in amount and in unit (hours, exercises or distance) by tapping the settings symbol in the blue top view.

- Steps: In this view you can view your daily steps if HeiaHeia is connected to a wearable or to Apple Health / Google Fit and you have allowed HeiaHeia to import the steps data. Entering steps manually when logging an activity is also possible. To add or change your daily target steps, tap on the settings symbol in the top view.

- Sleep: Keep an eye on how much you sleep. Swipe the top view until your sleep data appears. You can log your sleeping hours manually or get the data imported from a wearable.

- Weight: Log your weight regularly and follow your statistics on weight.
