Manage your contracts and subscription

Read here how to manage your HeiaHeia subscription and contracts

As a Community Admin, you can find all contracts and manage your HeiaHeia subscription by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your HeiaHeia account using the browser version.
  2. Click Admin Tools in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Manage Contracts

 

Which contracts can an admin view? 

Privacy

  • Data Processing Agreement (including the acceptance date)
  • Privacy Policy
  • Terms of Service


Subscription

Under Manage Subscription, you can:

  • Modify your subscription (for example, increase or decrease the number of users)
  • Cancel your subscription
Please note

Not all admins may have access to subscription management if their permissions are limited. If necessary, the Community Owner Admin can update admin permissions.
