Planning tool

Coaches can plan individual workouts and tasks and schedule questionnaires for their clients. You can also make use of HeiaHeia’s training programs. Your client will receive daily reminders of planned workouts, and can mark workouts and other possible assignments as complete. You have access to your client’s training logs, accompanying notes and comments, and can give feedback.

  1. Open HeiaHeia
  2. Choose Clients
  3. Click on the green + icon
  4. Choose a task


  • Activities: Choose a sport and repetitions.
  • Wellness: Choose a category and repetitions.
  • Questionnaires: Default HeiaHeia questionnaires. Schedule a questionnaire.
  • Programs: Default HeiaHeia training programs.
