Re-connect your Garmin account with HeiaHeia

Now GPS-coordinates can be imported to HeiaHeia

We have updated Garmin-connection to new. With the new Garmin connection you’ll get also your travelled route automatically to HeiaHeia. There might be some issues with the old Garmin connection, so we suggest that all Garmin users to re-connect current Garmin connection. You can re-connect your Garmin-account in HeiaHeia app under Account-tab and Wearable Devices. More specific details are available in this support article.

iOS phone

First you need to disconnect HeiaHeia and your Garmin account. Wearable devices are found under Account-tab in the right corner.

After this you should re-connect your Garmin account with HeiaHeia. Please note that you need to have your personal Garmin Connect account details when making the connection. When the connection is successfully created, there will be a blue tab in Garmin row.

Android phone

First you need to disconnect HeiaHeia and your Garmin account. Wearable devices are found under Account-tab in the navigation panel, right corner.

After this you should re-connect your Garmin account with HeiaHeia. Please note that you need to have your personal Garmin Connect account details when making the connection. When the connection is successfully created, there will be a blue tab in Garmin row.


Reconnecting your Garmin account from computer

If you use HeiaHeia from your computer or laptop, you can re-connect your Garmin account from HeiaHeia webpage (www.heiaheia.com). Wearable devices can be found from Settings.
