Quality training programs on HeiaHeia

HeiaHeia offers a host of quality fitness and wellness programs. You can start today! We send out daily prompts, keep a video library of exercises and techniques, and you can share your training log with your friends.

All users have access to chosen category of free beginner-level programs. You can take up yoga or start a running routine with the help of our several-week-long course. Workplaces training programs are more wide-ranging and developed for different fitness levels.

On our website:

  1. Library > Program > View program
  2. Choose a start date > Start program
  3. The program now shows in agenda. You can remove the program through the activities in the agenda or from the library.

In our app:

  • Library > Choose a program > Start program
