Quality training programs on HeiaHeia

HeiaHeia offers a host of quality fitness and wellness programs. You can start today! We send out daily prompts, keep a video library of exercises and techniques, and you can share your training log with your friends.

All users have access to chosen category of free beginner-level programs. You can take up yoga or start a running routine with the help of our several-week-long course. Workplaces training programs are more wide-ranging and developed for different fitness levels.

On our website:

  1. Account > Training program > Choose a program > Browse the program > Continue
  2. Choose a start date > Continue
  3. The program now shows in your home view and training log timeline. You can remove the program through the training log.

In our app:

  • iOS: Account > Tap the kettlebell icon > Choose a program > Choose a start date
  • Android: Account > Tap the kettlebell icon > Choose a program > Tap Start Program to choose a start date > Start

Your training programs are listed under your weekly agenda in your home view. Your programs are also listed in your profile under Programs. To remove a program and all remaining planned events: Profile > Programs > Choose the program you want to delete > Stop.
