All users have access to chosen category of free beginner-level programs. You can take up yoga or start a running routine with the help of our several-week-long course. Workplaces training programs are more wide-ranging and developed for different fitness levels.

- The program now shows in agenda. You can remove the program through the activities in the agenda or from the library.
