# Connecting Oura to HeiaHeia

## By connecting Oura to HeiaHeia, your workouts and other activity data will be automatically transferred to our service. Check out our article to learn how to link Oura with HeiaHeia on your iPhone or Android device.

### **iOS devices:**

**You can sync your Oura data to HeiaHeia through the Apple Health app.** First connect Oura to Apple Health, and then connect Apple Health to HeiaHeia.

#### **1. In the Oura app**

- Open the  ![valikkokuvake, joka näyttää kolmelta päällekkäiseltä vaakasuoralta viivalta](https://support.ouraring.com/hc/article_attachments/36864506065939)  menu in the upper left corner of the Oura app's home view.

- Select **Settings**.
- Go to **Data Sharing** and choose **Apple Health**.
- Enable the following options:
  
    - **Connect to Health**
    - **Save Mindful Minutes to Health**

You can adjust your data-sharing settings any time by going to **Settings \> Health \> Data Access & Devices \> Oura** on your phone.

#### **2. Now you can connect Apple Health with HeiaHeia.**

### **Android devices:**

**You can sync your Oura data to HeiaHeia using the Health Connect platform.** Start by connecting Oura to Health Connect, and then link Health Connect with HeiaHeia. If Health Connect isn’t yet installed on your device, you can easily download it from the Google Play Store.

#### **1. Connect Health Connect with Oura**

- Open the  ![valikkokuvake, joka näyttää kolmelta päällekkäiseltä vaakasuoralta viivalta](https://support.ouraring.com/hc/article_attachments/36864506065939)  menu in the upper left corner of the Oura app's home view.
- Select **Settings**.
- Go to **Data sharing** and choose **Health Connect**.
- Use the toggles to select which data your Oura can share with Health Connect.
  
  You can adjust these permissions anytime under **Settings \> Data sharing \> Health Connect \> Open Health Connect**.
