# Connecting Coros Device to HeiaHeia

## By connecting your device to HeiaHeia, your workouts and other activity data will automatically sync to our service. Read the article to learn how to connect your COROS device to HeiaHeia on iPhone or Android devices.

 

The connection is done in **two steps**:

First, connect COROS to **Apple Health** (iOS) or **Health Connect** (Android). Then, connect **Apple Health** or **Health Connect** to HeiaHeia.

### 1. Connecting a COROS Device to Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android)

- Open the **COROS app** → Go to **Profile** → Open **Settings** → **3rd Party Apps** → **Data Sync** → Select **Apple Health** (iOS) or **Health Connect** (Android).
- A settings page will appear where you can choose which data types you want to sync to Apple Health or Health Connect. Select the data you want to sync.

You can also modify your data type selections later:

- **Apple Health (iOS):** 
  
    - Open your profile (top right corner) → Go to Privacy → Tap Apps → Select COROS and enable the supported data types.
- **Health Connect (Android):** 
  
    - Open the Health Connect app → Settings → Apps → Find and tap COROS. You will see a list of data types that the app can read from and write to Health Connect.
    - Enable or disable the desired data (e.g., steps, sleep, heart rate, weight).

### 2. Connecting Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) to HeiaHeia
